What file types are supported?

CompleteLane accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, DOCX, XLSX, and CSV files. Each file can be up to 50 MB. We validate file types automatically so clients cannot upload unsupported formats.

How do automated reminders work?

Once you send a document request, CompleteLane emails your client a reminder every 48 hours for any outstanding items. Reminders stop automatically once all documents are uploaded.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use direct-to-cloud uploads so files never pass through an intermediary server. Full audit trails are maintained for every action.
